目的探索电致孔条件下不同电学参数(电压、波形、脉冲宽度、脉冲次数)对青藤碱透皮给药的影响。方法用中药电致孔给药仪产生多种电学参数条件,并以双室扩散池法、HPLC法检测青藤碱透过小鼠腹部皮肤的变化。结果青藤碱的累积透过量与电参数密切相关,在单因素影响中,4个最佳电学参数分别为600V电压、正弦波+方波组合波形、500μs的脉冲宽度、240个脉冲次数。透过量有极显著的增大,与被动扩散相比增加幅度有5~100倍。结论优化的电致孔条件应用于中药有效成分透皮给药有良好的前景。
