[摘要]
目的研究红藻多管藻Polysiphoniaurceolata的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、SephadexLH-20柱色谱、反相HPLC分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化合物结构。结果从多管藻乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取层中分离得到10个化合物,分别为2,2′,3,3′-四溴-4,4′,5,5′-四羟基二苯甲烷()、2,2′,3-三溴-3′,4,4′,5-四羟基-6′-乙氧甲基二苯甲烷()、双-(2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟卞基)-醚()、3-溴-4-(2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲基)-5-甲氧甲基苯二酚()、2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醇()、2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲基甲醚()、3-溴-4-羟基苯甲酸()、2-溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醛()、2,3-二溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醛()、3-溴-4,5-二羟基苯甲醛()。结论化合物~、、均为首次从该属海藻中发现。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of red alga, Polysiphonia urceolata. Methods The compounds Ⅰ-Ⅹ were isolated by a combination of silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-HPLC chromatographies, and their structures were elucidated with spectroscopic methods including IR, MS, and NMR. Results Ten compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the red alge, P. urceolata. Their structures were identified as: 2, 2′, 3, 3′-tetrabromo-4, 4′, 5, 5′-tetrahydroxydiphenyl methane (Ⅰ), 2, 2′, 3-tribromo-3′, 4, 4′, 5-tetrahydroxy-6′-ethyloxymethyldiphenyl methane (Ⅱ), bis (2, 3-dibromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzyl) ether (Ⅲ), 3-bromo-4-(2, 3-dibromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzyl)-5-methoxymethylpyrocatechol (Ⅳ), 2, 3-dibromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzyl aclohol (Ⅴ), 2, 3-dibromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzyl methyl ether (Ⅵ), 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅶ), 2-bromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (Ⅷ), 2, 3-dibromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzylaldehyde (Ⅸ), and 3-bromo-4, 5-dihydroxybenzylaldehyde (Ⅹ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅳ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ are obtained from this alga species for the first time.
