目的研究中国红树植物海芒果的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从海芒果的树叶中分离得到7个化合物,分别为:野鸦椿素B(3R,5S,6S,7E,9S-3,5,9-trihy-droxy-6-methoxy-7-megastigmane,)、布卢门醇A(blumenolA,)、野鸦椿素A(3R,5S,6R,7E,9S-3,5,6,9-te-trahydroxy-7-megastigmane,)、12β-羟基-5α-孕烷-16-烯-3,20-二酮(12β-hydroxyl-5α-pregnane-16-ene-3,20-dione,)、12β-羟基-孕烷-4,16-二烯-3,20-二酮(12β-hydroxyl-pregnane-4,16-diene-3,20-dione,)、3β,12β-二羟基-孕烷-16-烯-20-酮(3β,12β-dihydroxy-pregnane-16-ene-20-one,)、3α,12β-二羟基-孕烷-16-烯-20-酮(3α,12β-di-hydroxy-pregnane-16-ene-20-one,)。结论化合物为新化合物,命名为野鸦椿素B(euscaphinB),其他化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of mangrove plant Cerbera manghas collected in Hainan Province of China. Methods Column chromatography techniques were used for se- paration and purification of the compounds and extensive spectral analyses including 2D NMR spectrum were employed for structural elucidation. Results Seven compounds were obtained from leaves of C. manghas, including 3R, 5S, 6S, 7E, 9S-3, 5, 9-trihydroxy-6-methoxy-7-megastigmane (Ⅰ), blumenol A (Ⅱ), 3R, 5S, 6R, 7E, 9S-3, 5, 6, 9-tetrahydroxy-7-megastigmane (Ⅲ), 12β-hydroxyl-5α-pregnane-16-ene-3, 20-dione (Ⅳ), 12β-hydroxyl-pregnane-4, 16-diene-3, 20-dione (Ⅴ), 3β, 12β-dihydroxy-pregnane-16-ene-20-one (Ⅵ), 3α, 12β-dihydroxy-pregnane-16-ene-20-one (Ⅶ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound named as euscaphin B and other compounds are isolated from C. manghas for the first time.
