[摘要]
目的研究黑桑Morusnigra茎的化学成分。方法利用硅胶或ODS柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为羟基白藜芦醇(hydroxyresveratrol,Ⅰ)、二氢桑色素(dihydromorin,Ⅱ)、桑色素(morin,Ⅲ)、sanggenolF(Ⅳ)、sanggenolH(Ⅴ)、2,4,2',4'-四羟基-3-(3-甲基-2-丁烯基)-查耳酮(2,4,2',4'-tetrahydroxy-3-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-chalcone,Ⅵ)、乌索酸(ursolicacid,)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol Ⅰ,Ⅷ)。结论Ⅰ-Ⅷ化合物~均为首次从该植物中分离得到。利用HMQC和HMBC谱正确归属了化合物Ⅵ的部分核磁共振谱信号。

[Abstract]
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the stems of Morus nigra. MethodsThe compounds were isolated by column chromatography over silica gel or ODS gel, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic Methods. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as hydroxyresveratrol (Ⅰ), dihydromorin (Ⅱ), morin (Ⅲ), sanggenol F (Ⅳ), sanggenol H (Ⅴ), 2, 4, 2', 4'-tetrahydroxy-3-(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-chalcone (Ⅵ), ursolic acid (Ⅶ), and β-sitosterol (Ⅷ), respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅷ are isolated from this plant for the first time. Some NMR data of compound Ⅵ are assigned correctly by HMQC and HMBC experiments.
