[摘要]
目的研究超临界CO2萃取山茱萸中熊果酸的工艺条件.方法探讨萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、CO2流量、夹带剂类型及用量对熊果酸收率的影响,确定了超临界CO2萃取山茱萸中熊果酸的适宜条件,并将超临界CO2萃取法与传统的有机溶剂提取法进行了比较.结果超临界萃取最优条件:萃取压力35.0MPa,萃取温度318K,选择无水乙醇为夹带剂,夹带剂体积分数为4%,萃取时间3h,CO2流量为8 kg/h. 结论超临界CO 2萃取法提取熊果酸比传统提取方法收率高,安全有效.

[Abstract]
Objective To study the technology of supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE CO2)on urosolic acid from Cornus officinalis.Methods The effects of pressure,temperature,time,CO2 flow rate types,and volume of entrainer on the urosolic acid extracts were studied.The optium conditions for SFE CO2 was determined.The technology of SFE CO2 was compared with that of traditional solvent extraction.Results The optium extraction conditions were as follows:press-ure 35.0 MPa, temperature 318 K,absolute ethyl alcohol entrainer,content 4%,time 3 h and flow rate of CO2 8kg/h.Conclus-ion SFE CO2 excels the traditional solvent extraction in yield,safety and efficiency.
