目的研究糙叶败酱Patrinia scabra中的木脂素类化学成分.方法应用柱色谱和HPLC法分离纯化,通过光谱(IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR、DEPT、HMQC和HMBC)鉴定其化学结构.结果分离并鉴定了4个木脂素类化合物:松脂醇-4,4'二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、罗汉松脂酚-4,4'二-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)、落叶松脂醇-4'-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ)、落叶松脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ).结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ均为首次从该属植物中分得,并首次给出化合物Ⅱ的核磁共振数据.

Objective To study the lignans in Patrinia scabra．Methods The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatographies with silica gel，RP—silica gel，and Sephadex LH一20．Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data(IR，MS，1H—NMR，13C—NMR，DEPT，HMQC and HMBC)．Results There were four lignans obtained from P．scabra with the structures identified as pinoresinol一4，4 7一di—O一口一D—glucopyranoside(I)，and。matairesinol一4，4 7一di—O—β-D—91ucopyranoside(Ⅱ),lariciresinol一4 7一O—p—D—glucopyranoside(Ⅲ)，and lariciresinol一4一O—p—D—glucopyranoside(Ⅳ).Conclusion A1l the four compounds are found in P．scabra for the first time．The NMR data of compoundⅡare given first．
