[摘要]
目的建立了毛细管电泳高频电导法快速简便测定桂皮中桂皮酸的新方法。方法考察了实验参数对分离和检测的影响。电泳条件为:缓冲液5mmol/LTris+1mmol/LH3BO3+10%CH3OH(pH=9.0),分离电压20.0kV。结果桂皮酸的峰形良好,出峰时间快,线性范围为0.35~17.0μg/mL,检出限为0.15μg/mL。桂枝药材用缓冲溶液超声提取后测定,方法回收率达93.5%~97.0%。结论为桂皮酸的含量测定提供了一种快速和简便的方法。

[Abstract]
Objective A rapid and simple method used to determine cinnamic acid in Ramulus Cinnamomi by capillary electrophoresis with high frequency conductivity detection was described. Methods(In the buffer) of 5 mmol/L Tris+1 mmol/L H_3BO_3+10% CH_3OH (pH=9.0) at voltage of 20.0 kV, the cinnamic acid in Ramulus Cinnamomi could be separated and detected well. Results Under the chosen condition, the linear concentration of cinnamic acid ranged from 0.35 to 17.0 μg/mL, the limit of detection was 0.15 μg/mL. The method was used for analysis of cinnamic acid in Ramulus Cinnamomi satisfactorily with recovery of 93.5%—97.0%. Conclusion This method is rapid and simple for the determination of cinnamic acid.
