[摘要]
目的建立瓜蒌子中3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的HPLC测定方法,以选择质量较佳的瓜蒌子饮片。方法以3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇为指标,建立了HPLC法测定条件,色谱柱为PolarisC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(93∶7),检测波长为230nm,体积流量为1.0mL/min,并对瓜蒌子、炒瓜蒌子、麸炒瓜蒌子、蛤粉炒瓜蒌子、蜜炙瓜蒌子、瓜蒌子霜、瓜蒌仁、炒瓜蒌仁、瓜蒌子壳中该成分进行了测定。结果3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇在0.0484~2.420μg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为97.06%。3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇的质量分数大小依次为:瓜蒌仁>炒瓜蒌仁>瓜蒌子>炒瓜蒌子>麸炒瓜蒌子>蛤粉炒瓜蒌子>蜜炙瓜蒌子>瓜蒌子霜>瓜蒌子壳。结论瓜蒌子和炒瓜蒌子是较佳的瓜蒌子饮片,这与瓜蒌子临床应用现状是相符合的。

[Abstract]
Objective To establish the determination of 3, 29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol by HPLC for optimizing the slices of prepared Semen Trichosanthis (ST). Methods With 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriol as the marker, HPLC was used to determine the contents of 3,29-dibenzoyl-karounitriolis in different slices of prepared ST, such as ST, stir-baked ST, stir-baked ST with bran, clamshell powder, or honey, ST frosting, ST kernel, stir-baked kernel of ST, and shell of ST in the condition of chromatographic column: Polaris C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm), mobile phase: methanol-water (93∶7), detecting wavelengh: 230 nm, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. Results 3,29-Dibenzoyl-karounitriol is in the better linear range to the peak area of 0.048 4—2.420 μg and the mean recovery is 97.06%. The order in different slices of prepared ST is: kernel of STstir-baked kernel of STSTstir-baked STstir-baked ST with branstir-baked ST with clamshell powderstir-baked ST with honeyST frostingshell of ST. Conclusion ST and stir-baked ST are better slices of prepared ST, the results are in an accordance with the status of ST in clinical application.
