[摘要]
目的 建立鸡血藤的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,以评价鸡血藤的质量。方法 用 HPL C法获得鸡血藤药材的色谱图,再用聚类分析方法进行考察。结果 鸡血藤共有 11个峰,其中非共有峰 6个,共有峰 5个,共有峰的相对保留时间分别为 :0.0 4 6,0.6 6 4,1.0 0 0,1.198,1.383;相对峰面积分别为 :0.819,0.2 2 1,1.0 0 0,0.331,0.4 5 8。鸡血藤及其混淆品种的色谱指纹图谱存在明显差异,所提取的 11个色谱峰可作为指纹特征。结论 HPL C色谱指纹图谱分析技术可用于鸡血藤药材的鉴别。
