[摘要]
目的 探讨叶下珠含 corilagin (1-酰-3,6 -六羟基联苯二甲酰基葡萄糖)有效部位的水溶性部分 (简称PUW)对凝血系统的影响。方法 采用 Kowalski、黄正良及顾月芳等方法观察 PUW iv对家兔优球蛋白溶解时间(euglobulin lysis time,EL T)、全血凝血时间、凝血酶原时间 (prothrombin time,PT)、白陶土部分凝血活酶时间(kaolin partial thromboplastin time,KPTT)及大鼠尾尖出血时间的影响。结果 PUW iv明显缩短 EL T,在体内外均延长 KPTT,对 PT无明显影响 ;PU W对家兔全血凝血时间亦无影响,PU W虽延长大鼠尾尖出血时间,但与尿激酶或阿司匹林比较,PUW组的出血时间显著缩短。结论 PUW缩短 EL T和延长 KPTT是其具有明显的纤溶作用的原因之一 ;作为一种有苗头的抗栓药,PU W有引起出血的倾向,但不会造成严重的出血不良反应

[Abstract]
Object To investigate the effects of PUW(an active fraction containing 60% corilagin from Phyllanthus urinariaL. water solution) on coagulation system. Methods The methods of Kow alski,Huang Zheng liang, and Guyuefang et al. were used to observe the effects of PUW on euglobulinlysis time (ELT),coagulation time, prothrombin time (PT), kaolinpartial thromboplast in time(KPTT) in rabbits, and bleeding time (BT) in rats. Results The results showed that iv PUW significantly shortened ELT, prolonged KPTT,while had no influence on PT;PUW increased BT in rattailtip, but the BT caused by PUW was much shorter than that by aspirin or urokinase. Conclusion It is suggested that the decrease of ELT and increase of KPT T might be contributed to the potent thrombo lyt ic effect of PUW. PUW shows the tendency to bleeding, however, it could not cause serious side effect of bleeding as compared with aspirin or urokinase.
