[摘要]
目的 比较黄芩苷渗透小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮吸收行为。方法 黄芩苷的测定采用分光光度法。透皮吸收研究以改进型 Franz扩散池为工具,比较黄芩苷渗透小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数。结果 黄芩苷透过小鼠、裸鼠、家兔、大鼠、人体皮肤的透皮速率常数分别为 (6 7.31۬ 3.6 6)、(78.35ۭ.2 9)、(117.35۬ 9.4 8)、(86.2 5۱.5 5)、(84.4 3䔯.2 7)μg/ (cm2 · h)。结论 裸鼠皮肤作为黄芩苷透皮吸收研究用皮肤较为理想。

Object To study comparatively the transdennal absorption of baicalin per five kinds of ani-mal skin. Metbods Improved Franz-call was used for the transdermal study, and the tran sdermal speed constants of baicalin perfive kinds of aninal skin were compared Results The transdennal speed con-stants of baicalin perskin of mice, hairless mice, rabbits, rats, hum an are (67. 31䔻.66),(78. 35ۭ. 29),(117. 35䕁.48), (86.25۱. 55), and(84. 43䔯. 27) μg/(cm2·h),respectively. Conclusion The transdennal absorption of baicalin per skin of hairlessmice ismore sinilar to that of human skin.
