[摘要]
目的 研究球状活性炭对几类中药成分的静态吸附性能,探讨其应用于中药精制的可行性。方法 对适宜的高分子树脂进行炭化、活化处理,制备球状活性炭。测定静态吸附条件下球状活性炭对目标成分的吸附等温线,并运用 L angmuir单层分子吸附模型对实验数据进行计算机拟合,求出实验条件下吸附剂的表观吸附容量和平衡状态下的理论吸附容量。同时考察 75 %乙醇溶液的洗脱效果。结果 球状活性炭对盐酸小檗碱和薯蓣皂苷的表观吸附容量以干基计分别为 35.4 6,4 7.12 mg/ g,相应的理论平衡吸附容量为 96.16,10 2.0 4 mg/ g,对芦丁的表观吸附量也达到 4 0.88mg/ g。3种成分的静态洗脱率分别为 83.71%,91.4 5 %和 87.6 9%。结论 球状活性炭对生物碱、黄酮和皂苷类物质有良好的吸附与洗脱性能,适于在中药精制纯化中推广应用。
