目的研究百蕊草Thesium chinense的化学成分.方法采用反复柱色谱和制备性HPLC百蕊草的醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到5种化合物,通过理化和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构,并研究其抗氧化活性.结果自百蕊草的醋酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到5种黄酮苷类化合物,分别鉴定为:山柰素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-glucoside,Ⅰ),柚皮素-4-O-葡萄糖苷(naringenin-4-O-glucoside,Ⅱ),芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(apigenin-7-O-glucoside,Ⅲ),木犀草素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(1uteolin-7-O-glucoside,Ⅳ),芸香苷(rutinoside,Ⅴ).抗氧化实验结果表明,化合物Ⅰ的抗氧化作用最强,3个浓度中以1×10-mol/L作用最明显.结论化合物Ⅰ具有较强的抗氧化作用.

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Thesium chinensis Turcz. and their antioxida-tion effects. Methods Isolation and purification were repeatedly carried out on gelcolumn chromatogra-phy and preparative HPLC·The structures were identified and elucidated by physicochemicalproperties and spectral analysis. Results Five compounds were elucidated as: kaempferol-3-D-glucoside(I),naringenin -4-D -g1ucoside(II)apigenin-7-D -gluco side(III),1uteolin-7-D -glucoside(IVr),rutino side(V).Itwas found that kaempferol-3-D-glucoside(I)was the strongest oneinment,its optinum concentration was 1X10-4mol/L.ConclusionCompound I is the main antioxida- tion component isolated from T. chinensis.
