[摘要]
目的研究尖萼耧斗菜Aquilegia oxysepala的化学成分.方法尖萼耧斗菜全草乙醇浸膏,以石油醚、二氯甲烷、醋酸乙酯、丙酮提取,用硅胶柱色谱分离.结果从尖萼耧斗菜全草分离得到9个化合物.根据波谱分析和理化数据,鉴定9个化合物分别为:α-棕榈精(α-十六碳酸甘油酯)(α-monopalmitin,hexadecanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester,Ⅰ),5-羟基-2-吲哚酮(5-hydroxy-2-indolinone,Ⅱ),原儿茶酸丁酯(butyl protocatechuate,Ⅲ),原儿茶酸甲酯(methyl protocatechuate,Ⅳ),α,3,4,-三羟基苯丙酸(α,3,4-trihydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid,Ⅴ),琥珀酸(succinic acid,Ⅵ),以及黄酮类化合物木樨草素-3'-葡萄糖苷(luteolin 3'-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅶ),异金雀花素(isoscoparin,Ⅶ),异荭草素(isoorientin,Ⅸ).结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Object To study the chemical constituents in the herb ofA quilegia oxysepala Trautv. et Mey. Methods Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column·The structures of the constituents were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results Nine com-pounds were obtained and determined as α-monopahitin (hexadecanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester)(I),5-hydroxy一2一in dolino ne(II),butyl protocatechuate (III),methyl protocatechuate(IV),α 3,4-trihydroxy-benzenepropanoic acid(V),succinic acid (VI),1u teo lin 3'-O-β-D glucoside(Ⅶ),isoscuparin (VllI),isoorientin (IX).Conclusion A11 the compounds are isolated from the plant for the first time.
