[摘要]
目的研究中药射干的化学成分.方法采用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质及色谱数据鉴定结构.结果从射干乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分分得3个化合物,分别为异鼠李素(isorhamnetm,Ⅹ)、粗毛豚草素(hispidulin,Ⅺ)、白射干素(dichotomitin,Ⅻ),从乙醇提取液正丁醇萃取部分分离得到4个化合物,分别为:鸢尾苷(iridin,ⅩⅢ)、野鸢尾苷(tectoridin,ⅩⅣ)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,XV)、维太菊苷(Vittadinoside or stigmasterol-3-O-glucoside,ⅩⅥ).结论其中化合物Ⅺ为首次从该植物中分得.

[Abstract]
Object To investigate the chemical constituents in the rhizoma of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by solvent extraction together with various chromatographic techniques. The structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data. Results Three compounds were isolated from the EtoAC extracts of the rhizome of B.chinensis which were isorhamnet in (Ⅹ), hispidulin (Ⅺ), dicho tom it in (Ⅻ);fou r compounds w ere isoⅫlated f rom n2BuOH ex t ract s, w h ich were iridin (ⅩⅢ), tectoridin (ⅩⅣ), daucosterol (XV), vittadino side or stigmastero l-3-O -gluco side (ⅩⅥ).Conclusion Compound Ⅺ is isolated from this medicinal plant for the first time
