[摘要]
目的研究粗吻海龙Trachyrhamphus serratus的化学成分.方法采用低压柱色谱研究粗吻海龙乙醇提取物的化学成分,经波谱分析鉴定其结构.结果从粗吻海龙乙醇提取物中分离到8个化合物,分别是:胆甾醇(Ⅰ),十六酸(Ⅱ),十四酸(Ⅲ),六氢-吡咯并吡嗪-1,4-二酮(Ⅳ),肌酸酐(Ⅴ),1-甲基-2-氨基-二氢咪唑-4-酮钠盐(肌酸酐钠)(Ⅵ),尿嘧啶(Ⅶ),胸腺嘧啶(Ⅷ).结论化合物Ⅵ是首次报道的天然产物。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Trachyrhamp hus serratus Temmincket Schlegel.Methods The silicacolumn, Sephadex LH-20, and RP-18 column were subjected for the isola-tion of the compounds from the fish. The structures of these compoundsw ere elucidated byMS and NMR.Results Eight compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of T.serratus. They are: cholesterol(Ⅰ);hexadecanoic acid (Ⅱ);tetradecanoic acid (Ⅲ), hexahydro pyrrolo [ 1, 2-α] pyrazine-1, 4-dione(Ⅳ);creatinine (Ⅴ);1, 5-dihydro-12methyl-22am ino-im idazo l-4-one, sodium (creat in ine sodium) (Ⅵ);uracil (Ⅶ), and thymine (Ⅶ), respectively.Conclusion Creatinine sodium is first repo rted as a natural product.
