[摘要]
目的 研究了柏科刺柏属植物刺柏 Juniperus formosana果实的化学成分。方法 通过液 -液分配,硅胶及氧化铝柱色谱分离和纯化,运用质谱、核磁共振氢谱、碳谱及二维碳氢相关谱鉴定结构。结果 从其醋酸乙酯部分得到两个二萜化合物 :19-羧基-8(17)-13(16 )-14 -赖伯当三烯 (Ⅰ) ;15,19-二羟基-8(17)-13(E) -赖伯当二烯 (Ⅱ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ是两个新化合物。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Juniperus formosana Hayata.Methods The compounds were isolated and purified on liquid-liquid, silicagel, and aluminium oxide column chromatography, their structures were identified by spectro scopic methods, such as GC-MS,1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR, especially 2D-NMR. Results Two new oxygenated diterpenoids, named labdatriene ( Ⅰ) and labdadiene ( Ⅱ), were isolated from the ethy. acetate extract . Their structures were determined to be 19-carbox y-8(17)-13(16)-14-labdat riene and 15,19-dihydroxyl-8(17)-13(E) -labdadiene, respectively . Conclusion CompoundsⅠ and Ⅱ are new diterpenoids.
