[摘要]
目的 揭示山银花茎、叶及花中绿原酸的分布状况,为确定金银花药材合理的药用部位及良种选育特征提供依据。方法 利用荧光显微镜观察山银花茎、叶及花中有效成分绿原酸的分布规律。结果 绿原酸在花中主要分布于萼筒 -子房壁外表皮细胞及其下 3~ 5层细胞、花冠外表皮细胞及其下 1~ 2层细胞和花冠内表皮纤毛细胞 ;在叶片中主要分布于上表皮细胞和下表皮纤毛细胞 ;在茎中仅零星分布于次生韧皮部细胞。结论 花中绿原酸分布最为广泛、含量最丰富,叶片次之,茎中最少 ;花冠内表皮纤毛和花冠外表皮腺毛的密集程度,以及萼筒和花冠的长度可作为山银花的育种特征。

Object To show the distribution of chlorogenic acid in branch, blade,and flower of Lonicera confusa (Sweet) DC1 and provide the evidence for determining reasonab lemedicinal parts and fea-tures of selectedelite species of Flos Lon icerae.Methods The distribution of chlorogenic acid in branch,blade, and flower were observed by fluorescence microscope. Results In flower, chlorogenic acid is mostly distributed in outerepidermal cells of calyxtube-ovary wall and the next 3—5 layer cells, outerepi-dermal cells of corolla and the next 1—2 layer cells, and innerepidermal cilium cells of corolla; in blade, it is mainly distributed in outer and innerepidermal cilium cells; while inbranch, scarcely distributed in phloem cells. Conclusion Chlorogenic acidis stored mainly in flower, then blade and little is stored in branch. The density of inner epidermal cilium cells and ou terepidermal glandular hair cells of corolla and the length of calyx tube and corolla can be used as two major features to selectelite species.
