目的 研究短程蒸馏技术提纯胡麻籽油中α-亚麻酸的工艺条件。方法 利用短程蒸馏装置的特点探讨蒸馏温度、压力、进料速率、预热温度,刮膜器转速等操作参数对 α-亚麻酸纯度的影响。结果 确定了刮膜式短程蒸馏技术提纯α-亚麻酸的最佳条件为 :蒸馏温度 90℃~ 12 0℃,压力 0.3Pa,进料温度 6 0℃,进料速率 90~ 110 m L / h,刮膜转子速率 15 0 r/ min。结论 应用短程蒸馏技术提纯 α-亚麻酸,操作简便,效率高,容易实现产业化。

Object To study the technological conditions of refining α-linolenic acid by short-path dis-tillation (SPD). Methods According to the characteristic of SPD, the effect of the operating parameters,such as the distillation temperature, the system pressure, the feedingrate, and the agitat ng speed, were studied on the purity of α-linolenic acid. Results The appropriate process conditions for the purification of α-linolenic acid by SPD are: distillation temperature 90 ℃—120 ℃, pressure 013Pa, feeding temperature 60 ℃, feeding rate 90—100 mL ?h, and rotating speed 150 r?min. Conclusion Refining α-linolenic acid by SPD is a simple and convenient method. It is easy to achieve indust rialization.
