[摘要]
目的 研究小叶唐松草 Thalictrum elegans的化学成分。方法 利用多种色谱技术进行分离和纯化,根据理化常数测定和光谱数据 (IR,MS,1 H- NMR,1 3C- NMR,DEPT,HMBC)分析鉴别以及与文献、已知化合物对照。结果 从中分离出 6个化合物,分别为 thalimicrinone(Ⅰ),thalactamine(Ⅱ),1,2,3,10 -四甲氧基 - 9-羟基 - 4,5,6,6 a-脱氢 - 7-阿朴芬酮 (Ⅲ),小檗碱 (Ⅳ),对羟基苯甲羧甲酯 (Ⅴ)和 10 -二十九碳醇 (Ⅵ)。结论 化合物Ⅲ为一新的天然产物,其他已知化合物都是首次从该植物中获得。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chinical constituents of Thalictrum elegarcs Wall. Metbods Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents. Their struc-tures were identified by chem ical and spectral analysis(IR,M S, 1H-NMR13C-NMR,D EPT,HMBC).Results Six compoundswere isolated from T.elegarcs,they are thalin icrinone(I),thalactam ine(II),1,2,3,10一tetramethoxy-9-hydroxy-4,5,6,6a-dehydro-7-aporphinone (III),berberine (Ⅳ),m ethyl p- hydroxybenwate(V),and 10-nonacosanol (VI),resp ectively.Conclusion Compound III is a new one,other known compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
