[摘要]
目的 研究旱生卷柏的化学成分。方法 旱生卷柏乙醇浸膏的水不溶物 ,以石油醚、氯仿依次提取 ,用硅胶柱色谱 ,以石油醚、石油醚 -醋酸乙酯不同比例梯度洗脱 ,分离得到 7种成分。结果 经理化和光谱分析确定了结构 ,分别是 :二十四烷 (é)、棕榈酸 (ê)、大黄酚 (?)、大黄素甲醚 (ì)、三十烷醇 ( í)、三十烷酸 (?)、大黄素 ((?)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得 ,其中é和?~?为首次从卷柏科植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of whole plant of Selaginella stauntoniana Spring. Methods Column chromatographic technique was employed for the isolation and purification of its constituents; and structurally identified by spectral analysis (IR,UV,MS, 1H-NMR , 13 C-NMR ). Results The compounds were identified from its extract as: 1-monotetracosan (Ⅰ),palmitic acid (Ⅱ),chrysophanol (Ⅲ),physcion (Ⅳ),1-triacontanol (Ⅴ),1-triacontanoic acid (Ⅵ),emodin (Ⅶ). Conclusion All the compounds are found in this plant for the first time;Ⅰ, Ⅲ-Ⅶ are obtained from the plants of Selaginellaceae for the first time.
