目的研究白藜芦醇和抗坏血酸对预防非典型肺炎方剂和致小鼠外周血液淋巴细胞DNA损伤的保护作用。方法采用单细胞凝胶电泳方法研究白藜芦醇和抗坏血酸对预防非典型肺炎方剂和致小鼠外周血液淋巴细胞DNA损伤的保护作用。结果白藜芦醇(50,100,200mg/kg×3d)和抗坏血酸(50,100,200mg/kg×3d)对方剂和(临床等效量×3d)所致的小鼠外周血液淋巴细胞DNA损伤呈剂量依赖性的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇和抗坏血酸能够保护预防非典型肺炎方剂和对小鼠外周血液淋巴细胞DNA的损伤。

Object To evaluate the protective effect of resveratrol and ascorbic acid on lymphocyte DNA damage in mice induced by prescriptions Ⅰ and Ⅵ of Chinese materia medica against SARS. Methods Resveratrol, ascorbic acid and two prescriptions against SARS were orally administered to the mice for three days. The effect on DNA damage was measured in mice lymphocytes by means of single cell gel electrophoresis assay(SCGE, or Comet assay). Results Resveratrol(50, 100, 200 mg/kg ×3d) or ascorbic acid(50, 100, 200 mg/kg×3d) could dose dependently restore the DNA damage induced by prescription Ⅰ and Ⅵ(equivalent clinical dose×3d). Conclusion Resveratrol and ascorbic acid could protect the lymphocyte DNA damage in mice induced by prescriptions Ⅰ and Ⅵ of Chinese materia medica against SARS.
