[摘要]
目的 研究柳叶菜科植物柳兰 Chamaenerion angustifolium(L.) Scop.全草的化学成分。方法 采用 Di-aion HP-20 (Tsk),Toyopearl HW- 4 0 (C),MCI gel CHP- 2 0 P (Mitsubishi)柱色谱分离,经理化和波谱分析确定化学结构。结果 从柳兰全草 70 %丙酮提取物中分得 9个鞣质类及其他酚性化合物,分别鉴定为 3-氧 -没食子酰基 - D-葡萄糖 (3- O- galloyl- D- glucose, )、1,6 -二 -氧 -没食子酰基 - β- D-吡喃型葡萄糖 (1,6 - di- O- galloyl- β- D- glucopyra-nose, )、1-氧 -没食子酰基 - 4,6 -六羟基联苯甲酰基 -β- D -吡喃型葡萄糖 (1- O- galloyl- 4,6 - HHDP-β- D- glucopyra-nose, )、水杨梅丁素 (gem in D, )、英国栎鞣花酸 (pedunculagin, )、特里马素 (tellim agrandin, )、虾子花素(woodfordin, )、绿原酸 (3- O- caffeoyl- quinic acid, )、没食子酸 (gallic acid, )。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。

Object Study on the chemical constituents of Chamaenerion angustifolium (L ) Scop methods Isolation by Diaion HP 20 (Tsk), Toyopearl HW 40 (C), MCI gel CHP 20P (Mitsubishi) chromatography column and identification of the structures by physiochemical and spectral methods Results Nine tannins and related polyphenolic compounds were isolated from the air dried section of C angustifolium, and identified as 3 O galloyl D glucose (Ⅰ), 1, 6 di O galloyl β D glucopyranose (Ⅱ), 1 O galloyl 4,6 HHDP β D glucopyranose (Ⅲ), gemin D (Ⅳ), pedunculagin (Ⅴ), tellimagrandin Ⅰ (Ⅵ), woodfordin Ⅰ (Ⅶ), 3 O caffeoyl quinic acid (Ⅷ), gallic acid (Ⅸ) Conclusion These compounds were all seperated from this plant for the first time
