[摘要]
目的建立紫菀中紫菀酮含量测定的HPLC方法。方法外标法,ZorbaxC8色谱柱为固定相,100%乙腈为流动相,检测波长为200nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果紫菀酮线性范围为49.8~498μg/mL(r=0.9999,n=7),平均回收率为98.10%,RSD=1.44%(n=3)。结论本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为紫菀酮的定量分析方法。

Object To determine the content of shionone in Aster tataricus L f by HPLC method.Methods An external standard method with Zorbax C 8 as fixed phase and Acetonitrile as mobile phase was adopted The wavelength for the detection was 200 nm and the flow rate was 1 0 mL/min.Results The linear range for the determination of shionone was 49 8-498 μg/mL (r=0 999 9, n=7) The average recovery was 98 10% and RSD was 1 44% (n=3).Conclusion The method is easy to operate, rapid and accurate It is adoptable for quantity analysis of shionone in A.tataricus
