[摘要]
目的研究紫菀Astertataricus的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱分离,通过理化和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从紫菀醋酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:紫菀酮(shionone,)、木栓酮(friedelin,)、表木栓醇(epi-friedelanol,)、蒲公英萜醇(taraxerol,)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,)、豆甾醇(stig-masterol,)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterin,)。结论化合物,,为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents in the root and rhizome of Aster tataricus L.Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by silica column chromatography Their sturctures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses.Results Seven compounds are isolated and identified as shionone (Ⅰ), friedelin (Ⅱ), epi friedelanol (Ⅲ), taraxerol (Ⅳ), β sitosterol (Ⅴ), stigmasterol (Ⅵ), daucosterin (Ⅶ).Conclusion Compound Ⅳ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ are isolated from A.tataricus for the first time.
