[摘要]
目的研究海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯的抗氧化作用。方法采用体外实验研究海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯对超氧阴离子、羟自由基、DPPH的清除作用以及对H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血和大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化的保护作用。结果海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯对超氧阴离子具有良好的清除作用,IC50为20.3µg/mL,其对羟自由基的清除作用较弱,对有机自由基DPPH的作用很弱。褐藻多糖硫酸酯能够抑制H2O2诱导的红细胞氧化溶血,对FeSO4-抗坏血酸体系造成的脂质过氧化具有良好的保护作用。结论海带褐藻多糖硫酸酯具有显著的体外抗氧化活性。

Object To study the preliminary antioxidant activities of fucoidan extraded from Laminaria japonica Aresch.Methods The in vitro scavenging activities of fucoidan on superoxide radical,hydroxy1 radical and DPPH,and its protective effects on H2O2-induced hemolysis of rat erythrocytes and lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rat were investigated in this study.Results Fucoidan had strong scavenging effect on superoxide radical with IC50 of 20.3 µg/mL;its effect on hydroxyl radical was weak;it had less influence on DPPH.Fucoidan inhibited H2O2-induced hemolysis of rat erythrocytes effectively and showed significant protective effect on lipid peroxidation of liver homogenate in rat induced by FeSO4-ascorbic acid.Conclusion Fucoidan from L.japonica shows isignificant antioxidant activity in experiments in vitro.
