[摘要]
目的分离鉴定板蓝根中的化学成分。方法用硅胶、ODS等柱色谱分离纯化,以核磁、质谱、紫外、红外光谱及理化常数鉴定结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物,为新橙皮苷(Ⅰ)、甲酸铵(Ⅱ)、异甘草素(Ⅲ)、甘草素(Ⅳ)和腺苷(Ⅴ)。结论其中新橙皮苷、甘草素和异甘草素为首次从十字花科中分离得到;甲酸铵为首次从该植物中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents in the root of Isatis indigotica Fort.Methods The separations were carried out by column chromatography and identified by advanced physical and spectral data analysis.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as neohesperidin(Ⅰ),ammonium formate(Ⅱ),isoliquiritigenin(Ⅲ),liquiritigenin(Ⅳ),and adenosine(Ⅴ).Conclusion Neohesperidin,liquiritigenin and isoliquiritigenin are isolated for the first time from the plants of Cruciferae,ammonium formate is obtained from the root of I.indigotica for the first time.
