目的 观察槲皮素 (Que)对阿尔茨海默病 (Alzheim er’s desease,AD)模型大鼠学习记忆影响并探讨其与海马细胞凋亡的关系。方法 用立体定位技术对海马 CA1 区微量注射喹啉酸 (QA)造成 AD模型 Y形迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆水平 电子显微镜、流式细胞仪检测海马细胞凋亡。结果 Que可明显提高 QA所致痴呆大鼠学习记忆水平 ,显著降低海马细胞凋亡率。结论 Que对 AD大鼠的保护作用与降低海马细胞凋亡率有关

Object To observe the relationship between effects of quercetin (Que) on learning and memory in Alzheimer's disease (AD) rats and apoptosis of the hippocampus cells. Methods The AD pathological model was made by hippocampal CA 1 lesions due to stereotaxic mini injection of quinolinic acid (QA), the rat's learning and memory were observed by Y maze, the apoptosis of hippocampal cells were detected by using flow cytometry and electronic microscope. Results Que was shown to improve learning and memory deficiency in rats with bilateral hippocampal lesions induced by QA, to decrease apoptosis rate in hippocampal cells significantly. Conclusion These Results suggested that Que for the protective effects of AD rats may be related to its ability to decrease apoptosis rate of hippocampal cells.
