[摘要]
目的 建立HPLC法测定火麻仁油中大麻二酚含量的方法。方法 固定相为Irregular-H-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25∶50∶25∶0.4),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为室温。结果 大麻二酚在1.2~9.6μg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9994),平均回收率为94.6%,RSD=1.9%(n=9)。结论 本方法简便、准确、重现性好。

Object To develop the analysis method to determine the content of cannabidiol in the hemp seed oil by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic condition was Irregular-H-C18 column ( 250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm). A mixture of methanol-acetonitrile-water-acetic acid ( 25:50:25:0.4) was used as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 0.8 mL/ min and the detection wavelength was 220 nm at room temperature. Results The calibra. tion curve for cannabidiol showed good linear correlation within the concentration range of 1.2-9.6μg/ mL ( r= 0.999 4). The average recovery and RSD was 94.6% and 1.9% ( n= 9) respectively. Conclusion The method is convenient, reliable and with good reappearance.
