[摘要]
目的 研究灰毛泡根部甲醇提取物的化学成分。方法 用乙酸乙酯萃取,正相和反相硅胶(MCI,Rp-18)柱色谱分离,并通过波谱技术(13CNMR,DEPT,1HNMR,FABMS)及标准样品对照鉴定结构。结果 分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为2α,19α-二羟基-3-羰基乌索-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅰ)、2-羰基坡曼酸(Ⅱ)、覆盆子酸(Ⅲ)、蔷薇酸(Ⅳ)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅴ)、2,3-O-异丙叉蔷薇酸(Ⅵ)、坡曼酸(Ⅶ)、2α,3β-二羟基羽扇豆烷-20(29)-烯-28-酸(Ⅷ)、儿茶素(Ⅸ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅹ)。结论 这是首次报道该植物的化学成分。论 这是首次报道该植物的化学成分。

[Abstract]
Object To investigate the chemical constituents from the methanol extract of the root of Rubus irenaeus Focke. Methods EtOAc extraction, normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography were used for isolation. Spectroscopic methods (13CNMR,1HNMR, DEPT, 2DNMR, and FAB-MS) and comparison with authentic samples were used for identification. Results Ten compounds were isoated and characterized as 2α, 19α-dihydroxy-l 3-oxo-urs-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅰ), 2-oxo-pomolic acid (Ⅱ), fupenzic acid (Ⅲ), euscaphic acid (Ⅳ), 2α, 3α, 19α-trihydroxy-l olean-12-en-28-oic acid (Ⅴ), 2, 3-O-isopropylidenyl euscaphic acid(Ⅵ), pomolic acid (Ⅶ), 2α, 3β-dihydroxyl-lup-20( 29)-en-28-oic acid(Ⅷ), catechin (Ⅸ) and daucosterol(Ⅹ). Conclusion These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
