[摘要]
目的 对石竹科植物多荚草Polycarpon prostratum的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用硅胶柱层析进行分离和纯化,通过波谱分析进行结构鉴定。结果 从其乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到了两个新的柴胡皂苷类化合物:prostratosides I和J。通过波谱方法分别鉴定其结构为3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl16α-hydroxy-22α-acetoxy-saikogeninE(Ⅰ)和3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosylsaikogeninF(Ⅱ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ和Ⅱ均为新化合物。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents from the whole plants of Polycarpon prostratum( Forssk. ) Aschers. et Schwein. ex Aschers. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel column chromatography, their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results Two new monoglycosides, named prostratosides I and J were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract, their structures were determined to be 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-16α-hydroxy-22α-acetoxy-saikogenin E(Ⅰ) and 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl saikogenin F(Ⅱ), respectively. Conclusion Compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ are two new triterpenoid saponins.
