[摘要]
目的 研究女贞小蜡树Ligustrum sinense 的化学成分。方法 采用液相色谱、光谱和化学方法分离和鉴定植物中化学成分。结果 从小蜡树茎叶甲醇提取物的水溶性部分得到5个酚性成分。两个木脂素类化合物: 8′-α-羟基-落叶松脂素-4′-O-β -L-吡喃葡萄糖基苷(Ⅰ )和liriodendrin (Ⅱ ) ,化合物Ⅰ 为新的化合物,命名为小蜡苷Ⅰ(sineno side Ⅰ ) ;另外三个黄酮类化合物为: 山奈酚-3-O-β-D -吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ ) , 7-O -α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ )和山奈苷(Ⅴ )。结论 均为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents in Ligustrum sinense Lour. Methods One new and four known phenolic glyco sides were isolated and identified by column chromatography, MS, IR and NMR data. Results Five phenolic and two lignan components w ere isolated from water soluble part inmethanol extract of the stem and leaves of L.sinense. The obtained compounds were identified as sinenosidesI, 8′-β-hydrox yl-lariciresino l-4′-O-β -L -gluco pyranoside (Ⅰ) , a new compound; liriodendrin (Ⅱ);kaempferol-3-O-β -D-glucopy ranoside (Ⅲ) ; 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyransyl-kaempefero l-3-O-β -D-glucopyranoside(Ⅳ) , 7-O-β -D-rhamno pyransyl-kaempeferol-3-O-β-D-rhamno pyranoside (Ⅴ) . Conclusion All thecompounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
