目的 研究比较不同产地的连翘指纹图谱 ,并考察了裂解温度、裂解时间对指纹图谱的影响。方法 采用裂解色谱法 (PGC)。结果 13种样品的指纹图谱接近 ,重叠率在 89%以上 ,RSD<1.7%。结论 该方法具有快速、简便、准确等特点 ,裂解温度、裂解时间对实验起着重要作用。
