[摘要]
目的 对北刘寄奴 Siphonostegia chinensis的黄酮类活性成分进行研究。方法 采用 95 %乙醇提取及各种柱色谱法分离 ,光谱技术鉴定结构。结果 分离得到 6个黄酮类化合物 ,分别鉴定为 :5 ,3′-二羟基 - 6 ,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅰ)、5 ,7-二羟基 - 3′,4′-二甲氧基黄酮 (Ⅱ)、芹菜素 (Ⅲ)、木犀草素 (Ⅳ)、芹菜苷 (Ⅴ)、木犀草苷 (Ⅵ)。结论 化合物Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ和Ⅵ均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
