目的 测定制剂中麝香酮含量。方法 标准加入法、2 ,4 -二硝基苯腙 (DNP)衍生化法及高效液相 /电喷雾 -串联质谱法。结果 根据标准品麝香酮腙特有的质谱图对样品中的麝香酮进行了鉴别 ,并在优化的高效液相及质谱条件下观察到了 [M+H]+ 峰及其特征碎片峰。 ESI及 APCI对 m/z 4 19作 MS/MS全扫描质谱图有相同的相对分子质量及断裂方式。回收率 10 2 .5 % ,RSD≤ 2 .76 % (n=5 )。结论 本方法可同时实现麝香酮的定性和定量分析。
