[摘要]
目的 建立灯盏花药材和灯盏花提取物(灯盏花素)中灯盏花乙素的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳法 ,缓冲液为40mmol/L硼砂(pH8.50 ,磷酸调节) ,未涂层石英毛细管(57cm×50μm) ,分离电压20kV,检测波长280nm。结果 灯盏花乙素线性范围0.1~4.0 mg/m L(r=0.9985),回收率大于 98.0 %。结论 方法简便、快速,准确,可用于灯盏花药材和灯盏花素的质量控制。

[Abstract]
Object To develop a method for the determination of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus(Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. and its extract (deng zha nhuasu) by capillary electrophoresis. Methods Separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary 57cm× 50μm (ID) . Meanwhile, a running voltage 20kV , 40mmol/L borax (pH 8.50 with H3PO4) buffer and a UV detector at 280nm were adopted .Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.1-4.0mg /mL(r=0.9985).The average recov ery was higher than 98.0% . Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of E. breviscapus and its extract (deng zhanhuasu) .
