[摘要]
目的 研究糙叶败酱 Patrinia scabra的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱层析技术进行分离纯化 ,根据理化常数测定和波谱 (IR、MS、1HNMR,13 CNMR、2DNMR)技术进行结构鉴定。结果 从糙叶败酱根的脂溶性部位分离得到了5个化合物,分别鉴定为curvularin、山柰酚、5,7-二羟基黄酮、β-谷甾醇、胡萝卜苷。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得,化合物具有细胞毒作用。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents from the root of Patrinia scabra Bge. Methods The constituents were separated and purified by silica gelcolumn chromatography. Their structures were elucidated by physico chemical properties and spectral data (IR,MS, 1HNMR,13 CNMR, 2DNMR) . Results Five compounds were isolated from the root of P.scabra. They were identified a scurvularin (Ⅰ) ,kaempferol(Ⅱ),5,7-dihydroxyf lavone (Ⅲ) , β -sitosterol (Ⅳ) , β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopy ranoside (Ⅴ) .Conclusion All the compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time. Among them, compound has cytotoxic effect.
