[摘要]
目的 黄硬皮马勃Scleroderma citrinum具有消炎作用,对其化学成分进行系统研究并阐明其活性成分。方法 采用硅胶柱层析进行分离,通过理化常数测定和波谱(IR,MS,1H和13CNMR)技术进行结构鉴定。结果 分析鉴定了8个化合物 ,它们分别为:(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol,5α-lanosta-8(9),23-diene-3β,25-diol-22-acetate ester,5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-diene-3β-ol,(2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-(2′-hy-droxytetracosanoylamino) octadecane-1,3,4-triol,adenosine,N,N -dimethylphenylalanine,N -methylphenylalanine,D-allitol。结论 化合物 和均系首次从高等真菌中分离得到。

[Abstract]
Object To isolate the chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Basidiomycetes from Scleroderma citrinum Pers. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gelcolumn chromatography, and the structures were elucidated by spectrum analysis (IR, MS,1 HNMR, 13CNMR) .Results Eight compounds were identif iedas :(22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-triene-3β-ol(Ⅰ),5α-lano sta-8 (Ⅸ),23-diene-3β ,25-diol-22-acetateester(Ⅱ),5α, 8α-epidiox y-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-diene-3β-ol(Ⅲ),(2S ,3S ,4R ,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxy tetracosano ylamino) octadecane-1,3,4-t riol(Ⅳ) ,adenosine (Ⅴ),N .N -dimethylpheny lalanine (Ⅵ) ,N-methy lpheny lalanine(Ⅶ),D-alli to l(Ⅷ).respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅶ are obtained from higher fungi for the first time
