[摘要]
目的 研究峨嵋葛根Pueraria omeiensis的化学成分。方法 采用反复硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及制备性 HPLC分离纯化 ,通过理化和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果 从峨嵋葛根乙酸乙酯提取部位进一步鉴定了一个化合物 :槐香豆素 A(sophoracoum estan A)。从正丁醇提取部位分离和鉴定了 15个化合物 ,芒柄花苷 (ononin) ,大豆苷元 7,4′-二葡萄糖苷 (daidzein7,4′-diglucoside) ,大豆苷元 4′-葡萄糖苷 (daidzein7,4′-glucoside,) ,3′-甲氧基葛根素 (3′-methoxy puerarin,PG-3) ,3′-羟基葛根素 (3′-hydroxy puerarin,PG-1) ,葛根素芹菜糖苷 (m irificin) ,8-甲基雷杜辛 -7-O-葡萄糖苷 (8-methyl retusin 7-O-glucoside) ,大豆苷元(daidzein) ,大豆苷 (daidzin) ,染料木苷 (genistin) ,葛根素 (puerarin) ,二十八烷酸 (octacosanoic) ,尿囊素 (allantoin) ,二十五烷酸甘油酯 (glycerol1-monopentacosanoate) ,β-胡萝卜苷 (daucosterol)。结论 除化合物 ~,已从乙酸乙酯部分分得外 ,其他化合物均为首次从峨嵋葛根中分离得到 ,化合物为葛属首次发现。

Object To study the chemical constituents of Pueraria omeiensis Tanget Wang.Methods Isolation and purification were repeatedly carried out on silicagel column chroma tography , Sephadex L H-20, and preparative HPLC.The structures were identified and elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results One compound was elucidated as so phoracoumestan A(Ⅰ) from the aceticether section, and 15 compounds were obtained from then-butanol section. They were ononin, (Ⅱ) ,daidzein 7,4′-diglucoside (Ⅲ),daidzein7,4′-glucoside (Ⅳ),3′-methoxy puera rin, PG-3(Ⅴ),3′-hydroxy puerarin,PG-1(Ⅵ),mirificin (Ⅶ),8-methyl retusin7-O-gluco side (Ⅷ) , daidzein (Ⅸ) ,daidzin(Ⅹ) , genistin (Ⅺ) ,puerarin (ⅩⅡ),octaco sanoic(ⅩⅢ) ,allantoin (ⅩⅣ) , glycerol 1-monopentacosanoate(ⅩⅤ) ,daucosterol ,ⅩⅥ) , respectively. Conclusion Besides compounds Ⅸ-ⅩⅡ,ⅩⅥ from the aceticether section, the others are first obtained in P. omeiensis, and compoundsⅠ,Ⅳ, Ⅷ are found in the plants of Puerarea DC. for the first time.
