目的旨在揭示芦荟素在不同叶龄芦荟叶中的含量及其差异的原因。方法用高效液相色谱法测定芦荟素的含量。用半薄切片法研究叶的解剖结构。结果在同一株植物内,从上到下随着叶龄的增大,叶片维管束中的大型薄壁细胞逐渐萎缩,芦荟素的含量逐渐降低。结论研究结果为确定木立芦荟叶的最佳采收期提供了依据

ObjectTo explore the content of aloin in the leaves of Aloe arborescens Mill.at different leaf age and its difference reason.MethodsThe aloin content was determined by HPLC and anatomicalstructure of the leaves was studied with semi-thin section.ResultsThe aloin content declines and the volume of large parenchymatous cell in vascular bundle at rophies from top to bottom with leaf growth in the same plant.ConclusionThe above results may provide references of the best time for collecting the leaves of A.arborescens.
