目的建立藤茶中黄酮类成分的含量测定方法,以控制其质量.方法采用差示分光光度法,以双氢杨梅素皮素为指标,采用差示分光光度法,测定波长为(318±1)nm.结果对照品浓度在4.576～22.88μg/mL范围内,吸光度与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),回归方程为A=29.56C+0.005 5,平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.9%(n=5).结论本法操作简单、结果准确、重现性好,可作为该药材的质量控制方法.

ObjectTo develop a method for the determination of flavonoids from the tender stem and leaf of Ampelosis grossedentata (Hand.-Mazz.) W.T.Wang, and for its quality control.MethodsDifferentialspectropho tometry was used at the wavelength of ( 318± 1)nm, while taking dihydromy ricetin asindex.ResultsThe reg ression equation, within the range of the control concentration in 4.576～ 22.88μg /mL, was A= 29.56 C+ 0.0055, with a good linearity (r=0.999 8) between the absorbance and concentration. The average recovery rate was 100.8% and RSD was 1.9% (n=5).Conclusion>The methodis simple, reliable and easy to operate and suitable for the quality control of Chinese medicinal materials with a better reproducibility.
