[摘要]
目的从金缕半枫荷 Semiliquidambar cathayensis根茎抗炎有效的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离鉴定化合物。方法通过巴豆油鼠耳刺激药理实验确定金缕半枫荷抗炎有效部位,利用硅胶柱层析等手段分离单体化合物,借助质谱和核磁 (包括 HMQC,HMBC)等光谱学测定确定化合物结构。结果从该植物中分离鉴定了 9个化合物 :齐墩果酸、3-羰基齐墩果酸、2 α,3β-二羟基齐墩果酸、2 α,3β,2 3-三羟基齐墩果酸、鞣酸 - 3,3′-二甲醚、鞣酸 - 3,3′,4 -三甲醚、鞣酸 - 3,3′-二甲醚 - 4 - O-β- D -木糖苷、β-谷甾醇和硬脂酸。结论首次从金缕半枫荷中分离得到上述化合物

[Abstract]
ObjectTo isolate and identiified the chemical constituents from the EtOAc soluble fraction of the rhizome of Semil iquidambar cathayensis Chang with anti-inflammatory activity. MethodsThe EtOAc soluble fraction of anti-inflamma to ryactivity was determined on the basis of the mouse earirritant assay by croton oil. The chemical constituents were isolated by silicagel column chromato graphy, andtheir structures were identiified by IR, MS and NMR spect roscopic methods including HMQC and HMBC experiments. ResultsFour oleanolic acid derivativ es, oleanolic acid, 3-oxo-olean-12-en-28-oic acid 2α,3β -dihydrox yolean-12-en-28-oic-acid, 2α, 3β, 23-trihydrox yolean-12-en-28-oic-acid (a rjunolic acid) ; threeellagic acid deriv atives, ellagic acid 3, 3′-dimeth ylether, ellagic acid 3, 3′, 4-t rimethy lether, and ellagic acid-4-O-β -D-x ylopyranoside-3, 3′-dimethylether, together wi th β -sitostero l and o ctadecy lic acid were obtained and identified.Conclusion All the nine compo unds w ere i so la ted for the f irst time f rom the tit leplant.
