目的研究槐种子中的化学成分.方法采用硅胶柱层析及SePhadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,用波谱和化学方法进行结构确证.结果从槐种子乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,经结构确证分别为:染料木素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-4'O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(genistein 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,I)、染料木素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-4'-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基-(1-2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷](genistein 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-4'-O-[α-Lrhamnopyranosyl-(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranoside],Ⅱ)、鸢尾苷元(tectorigenin,Ⅲ)、鸢尾苷(tectoridin,Ⅳ)、1,6-二-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose,V)、没食子酸乙酯(ethyl gallate,Ⅵ).结论化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得.

ObjectTo study the chemical consti tuents from the seeds of Sophora japonica L. MethodsThe constituents were isolated and purified by silicagel column chromatog raphy, and the structures were elucidated by spectral data and chemical envidance. ResultsSix compounds were isolated from its a lcohol extract and identified as: genistein 7-O-β-D-g lucopy ranoside-4′-O-β -D-gluco pyranoside (Ⅰ),genistein7-O-β-D-g lucopy ranoside-4′-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosy l-( 1→ 2) -β -D-g lucopyranoside ](Ⅱ), tectorigenin(Ⅲ), tectoridin (Ⅳ), 1, 6-di-O-ga lloyl-β -D-glucose(Ⅴ),ethylgallate (Ⅵ).Conclusion
