[摘要]
目的研究东亚绢藓 Entodon okamurae的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及制备 TL C对东亚绢藓的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过 1 HNMR、1 3CNMR、DEPT、IR、MS等波谱学方法对其分离产物进行结构鉴定。结果 分离得到了 9个化合物,分别确定为 :大黄酚 (chrysopham ol, )、大黄素甲醚 (physcion, )、二十九烷 - 10 -醇 (nonacosam n- 10 - ol, )、dryocrassol( )、邻苯二甲酸异丁酯 (phthalic acid isodibutyl ester, )、正十六烷醇 (n- hexadecanol, )、莪术醇 (curcumol, )、β-谷甾醇 (β- sitosterol, )和β-胡萝卜苷 (β- daucsosterol, )。结论上述化合物均系首次从该属植物中得到 ;除 β-谷甾醇和 β-胡萝卜苷外,其他化合物均为第一次从藓纲植物中分离得到

[Abstract]
ObjectTo study the chemical co nsti tuent s of Entodon okamurae Broth. MethodsThe ethanol extract of E.okamurae was isolated by silicagel columnch romatog rapy and Sephadex LH-20, and purified by preparative TLC; nine compounds were identified by 1 HNMR, 13 CNM R, DEPT, IR and MS spectral data. ResultsTheir structures were elucidated as chry so phamol (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ ), nonacosamn-10-o l (Ⅲ ), dryocrassol (Ⅳ ), phthalicacid isodibutyl ester (Ⅴ ), n-hex adecanol (Ⅵ ),curcumol(Ⅶ ), β -sitosterol (Ⅷ ) and β-daucso sterol (Ⅸ ). Conclusion All the compounds are first isolated from Entodon C. Mǜ ll. and except β-si to sterol and β -daucesosterol, others from the plants of Liveworts and Mosses fo r the first time.
