[摘要]
目的 建立测定功劳木中盐酸巴马亭及盐酸小檗碱的含量的方法.方法 HPLC法,采用IntersilODS-3C18柱,乙腈-水-十二烷基磺酸钠(470:530:1g)为流动相,检测波长为265 nm,柱温40 C,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果 盐酸巴马亭在4.368~52.416μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.97%;盐酸小檗碱在4.532~54.384μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.98%.结论 该法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于功劳木中盐酸巴马亭及盐酸小檗碱的定量分析.

Object To develop a method for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Chinese Mahonia Stem from different habitats Methods HPLC method was set up, using Intersil ODS-3C18column, the mobile phase was acetontrile water sodium laurylsulfonate (470∶530∶1g), the UV detection wavelength was 265 nm, with a flow rate of 10 mL/min at 40℃ Results A good linearity was obtained in the range of 4.368-52.416 μg/mL(r=0.9999) for palmatine hydrochloride and 4.532-54.384 μg/mL (r=0.9999) for berberine hydrochloride.The average recovery of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride was 98 97% and 98 98%, respectively Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and with better reproducibility for the determination of palmatine hydrochloride and berberine hydrochloride in Chinese Mahonia Stem.
