[摘要]
目的 鸡胆汁提取物具有良好的抗炎和抗肿瘤活性,为开发这一宝贵的生物资源,对其进行光谱学方面的研究。方法 将鸡胆汁与其它动物胆汁阴干,分别做红外吸收光谱;将各种不同来源的鸡胆汁阴干,分别比较其红外吸收光谱。结果 鸡胆汁与其它动物胆汁的红外吸收光谱有着明显的不同;而各种不同来源的鸡胆汁的红外吸收光谱却有着很好的一致性。结论鸡胆汁的红外吸收光谱与其它动物胆汁相比具有特征性;产地不同、品种不同、饲养方式不同、采样季节不同、生长期长短不同的鸡胆汁在相同的条件下干燥后,红外吸收光谱却没有显著的差异,揭示各类鸡胆汁具有基本相同的化学组成。此结论 还得到紫外及薄层色谱分析结果的支持。

Object To study I Rabsorption spectra of the extracts from chicken bilepossessed excellen tanti- inflammatory and anticancer activity so asto develop this valuab leresource.Methods Bilesamples from chickens and various animals were dried in the dark and subjected to I R analysis respectively. Results By compar is on,significant difference was foundbet ween I R spectra of chickenbile and other animals'bile,but the IR spectra of various chickenbile showed very good consis tency.Conclusion The IR spectra of chickenbile isindep end en to fraising places,species,feeding fashion,samplingse as on and age of sampled chicken.It was suggested that the bile of various chicken contained same chemical composition and this result was confirmed by UV and TLC analysis.
