目的 探讨人参皂苷-Rg1对大鼠血小板与中性粒细胞之间粘附及颈动脉血栓形成的影响。方法 采用Charlton等方法评价人参皂苷-Rg1对电刺激大鼠颈动脉血栓形成的作用;应用玫瑰花结试验观察对大鼠血小板与中性粒细胞之间粘附的影响。结果 25mg/kg人参皂苷-Rg1使血栓形成时间从对照组的(18.7±1.8)min延长到(36.4±2.1)min(P<0.05);显著降低凝血酶激活的血小板与中性粒细胞间的粘附率,其IC50为81.2μmol/L。结论 人参皂苷-Rg1具有较强的抗血栓的作用,其机制可能与抑制中性粒细胞与血小板之间的相互作用有关

Object<\b> To investigate the effects of ginsenoside Rg1<\sub> on adhesion of neutrophil to platelet, and on carotid thrombosis in rat.Method Charlton and Rosette test were used to evaluate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1<\sub> on carotid thrombosis induced by electrical stimulation and to observe its effect on the adhesion of neutrophil to platelet in rat respectively.Results<\b> Ginsenoside Rg1<\sub> 25 mg/kg iv prolonged the thrombotic time from (18.7±1.8) min in control group to (36.4±2.1) min in treatment groups (P0.05 ); the adhesion of neutrophil to thrombin stimulated platelets was inhibited significantly with IC50<\sub>=81.2 μmol/L.Conclusion<\b> The inhibition of ginsenoside Rg1<\sub> on the adhesion of neutrophil to platelet may contribute to its potent anti thrombotic effects.
