[摘要]
目的 研究生藤的化学成分。方法 利用各种色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果 从生藤茎的95%Et OH 提取物中分离得到7个化合物,其结构经波谱等方法鉴定为β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-6′-O-二十烷酸酯(Ⅰ),2α,3β,23-三羟基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅱ),2α,3β,23-三羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-酸(Ⅲ),β-谷甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),硬脂酸(Ⅳ),葡萄糖(Ⅵ)和蔗糖(Ⅶ)。结论 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物Ⅰ为1新化合物。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Stelmatocrypton khasianum (Benth.) H. Baill.. Methods Some constituents were isolated by chromatographic methods and identified by physicochemical constants and their structures were elucidated by spectral data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the stem of S. khasianum and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside-6′-O-eicosanate (Ⅰ), 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxy-olean-12-ene-28-oic acid (Ⅱ), 2α, 3β, 23-trihydroxy-urs-12-ene-28-oic acid (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ), stearic acid (Ⅴ), glucose (Ⅵ), and sucrose (Ⅶ) respectively. Conclusion All compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compound I is new.
