[摘要]
目的 研究川芎化学成分。方法 利用硅胶柱层析分离,薄层纯化,分离川芎化学成分,经理化常数测定,波谱分析等鉴定结构。结果 共分得7个化合物,分别为正十六烷酸(Ⅰ),4,7-二羟基-3-丁基苯酞(Ⅱ),大黄酚(Ⅲ),咖啡酸(Ⅳ),原儿茶酸(Ⅴ),阿魏酸(Ⅵ)和胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论 化合物Ⅱ为一新化合物,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分得。

[Abstract]
Object To study the chemical constituents of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.. Methods Some compounds were isolated and purified on silica gel column, their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Seven compounds were isolated from the plant and were identified as n-hexadecanoic acid (Ⅰ), 4, 7-dihydroxy-3-butylphthalide (Ⅱ), chrysophanol (Ⅲ), caffeic acid (Ⅳ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅴ), ferulic acid (Ⅵ), daucosterol (Ⅶ) respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ and Ⅶ were found from this plant for the first time, compound Ⅱ is new.
