目的 弄清蒙脱石层状晶体结构中水的变化规律,为其药用机制研究和药物的开发利用提供依据。方法 从粘土矿物中分离纯化蒙脱石,运用红外光谱分析技术,对蒙脱石的化学结构进行分析。结果 得到了有关蒙脱石分子水的信息和化学结构变化的基本规律。结论 蒙脱石是一种膨胀吸附性粘土矿物,可作为药物活性成分或赋形剂。

[Abstract]
Object In pursuit of a clear-cut view on the change of water molecules in the crystal lattice of montmorillonite, to provide a basis for the study of mechanism of action and its further development.Methods The chemical structure of the mineral was studied by IR spectral analysis. Results Information concerning the change of water in regard to its chemical structure were obtained. Conclusion Montmorillonite is a mineral clay which can expand to exhibit its absorption properties, and can be used as an active absorbent excipient in drug formulation.
